Safe use

Do not interact with, monitor, or manipulate the game while operating a vehicle. Start the journey before moving and place the device where it will not obstruct the driver. The game never requires swerving or approaching a physical object. All flags cover the full qualifying roadway.

Location and availability

Browser GPS, mobile networks, public map services, and battery-management systems may be inaccurate or unavailable. Captures, mileage, territory, ranks, and awards are game records and may be corrected when fraud, GPS errors, duplicate data, or software defects are found.

Fair play

Location spoofing, automated real-player accounts, account sharing intended to manipulate territory, attacks on the service, and attempts to bypass team-switch or scoring rules are prohibited.

Simulated activity

The operator may use clearly disclosed simulated game traffic. It can affect territory but must not be marketed as a count of real users.

Advertising

Advertising may appear in the interface. Players must not click ads to support the game, earn points, or influence territory. Advertising does not change capture results.
